Collections: Your Wallet Checks, Not Our Website
New in Zecboat 0.7.1Zecboat 0.7.1 finds every registered collection straight from the Zcash chain and checks it itself. When it shows green, your own computer did the checking, not our website.

Find every collection
Open Collections and press refresh. The wallet reads the Zecboat Registry from the chain, through the node you chose, and shows each collection as a card.
Nothing comes from zecboat.com. It works with this site offline.
- Search by name, key or asset id
- “Mine” shows only the collections you hold
- ✦ marks the postcards that are yours

Press Check
Check runs the full audit on your machine: the 14 checks anyone can run from a collection’s viewing key, plus 3 more that tie the result to its registration. Seventeen checks, one answer.
Pass, and the collection turns green. From then on, your postcards from it carry a ✓ Verified badge: “issued by …, via Zecboat Registry”.
- ✓ genuine: all 17 checks passed
- ✗ failed: names the check that failed
- ? not checked yet
Two builders, one answer
The wallet and our minting tool were written independently, from the published format. Both read the same rules. On mainnet, for every collection, they agree.

What green means, and what it does not
It does not mean we endorse the issuer or the artwork. The Registry approves nothing; it only makes collections findable. Each postcard's own history is a separate question. That is what Wake answers.
- It is exactly the collection its issuer declared
- Nothing was added after it was closed
- Every postcard’s identity comes from the issuer’s key
